The Little-Howarth Mid Face Raspatory is a modified Howarth Nasal Raspatory with two sharp dissecting ends, one straight and one curved, allowing near and far dissection of bony contours in the midface. The Little Imbrication Needle (Trocar) is a 13 cm long needle with an eye large enough to thread both ends of a suture. This suitably long needle can be used to pass into the face without forcing the doctors' fingers into the oral environment they prefer to avoid.
